Extended version of mixing and dosing unit 2K COMFORT
The WAGNER 2K COMFORT is also available with two fluid circuits that can be operated in parallel. This way, two different materials can be applied simultaneously with only one unit during the cycle of objects that need to be coated. This plays an important role especially for highly reactive materials that need to be physically separated from each other to avoid unit downtimes. With the two-circuit version, each material is provided with its own fluid circuit.

The mixing and dosing unit WAGNER 2K Smart, optionally with contactless flow measurement, can be used for any application where multicolor 2K or 3K paints are processed. Replacing the mixing and dosing unit WAGNER FlexControl Smart, the WAGNER 2K Smart can be used to process a wide range of workpieces from all kinds of application segments.
Consistent mixing ratios – you can choose the ideal flow measurement system for each material and application: Gear flow meter, Coriolis flow meter or WAGNER stroke sensor (indirect flow measurement without material contact, ideal for abrasive materials)
Homogeneous coating results with WAGNER AIS (Adaptive Injection System) which adapts the injection of the hardener automatically to changing material flow rates
High process reliability by trouble-free addition of a third component – no manual mixing effort thanks to automatic dilution and adjustment of the mixing ratio

The BASIC 4000 suspension booth is suitable for the coating of individual parts or small series and is equipped with the basic functions required for a cost-effective system. It meets the technical requirements specified by CE and ATEX.
The BASIC 8000 spray wall is suitable for the coating of large parts and is equipped with the basic functions required for a cost-effective system. It meets the technical requirements specified by CE and ATEX.
The powder center is available as a modular system with various stages of expansion. The basic configuration consists of a fluid tank with corresponding suction pipes. It can be individually expanded with other components.
