The integrated powder system (IPS) enables increased productivity, consistent high quality, simple operation and constantly short color change times. In combination with an automatic powder booth, powder recovery system, guns and other components, a fully automated powder coating system can be configured with the IPS. The ideal solution for long and short production runs.
Manual system Sprint 60 l
The Sprint 60L is used to fluidize the powder in a 60 liter stainless steel tank. All coating parameters are set and saved using the control unit EPG-Sprint X . In combination with the PEM-X 1, perfect surfaces are achieved.
Manual system Sprint Airfluid
Using the Sprint AirFluid allows you to work directly out of the carton. Ideal for small batches and frequent paint changes. All parameters are set and saved via the EPG-Sprint X. In combination with the PEM-X 1, perfect surfaces are achieved.

For the use of effect & metallic powder coatings
The new F5 metallic nozzles for manual and automatic guns enable a significant quality increase in the use of difficult effect & metallic powder coatings.
The new nozzles were specially developed for the WAGNER PEM-X1 manual gun and the PEA-C4 automatic gun. Their special internal geometry prevents powder deposits on the inside of the nozzle when using highly pigmented metallic paints in a wide variety of areas, such as metal furniture, household appliances, motorcycles or in the automotive industry.

The monocyclone is used with automatic booths in paint change systems. It separates the powder/air mixture sucked out of the booth. The exhaust passes to the final filters via a pipe. The sieved powder is returned to the guns.

In a few steps, the kit is converted into a mobile coating system that can be set up anywhere – so you’re ready to use your powder material quickly and easily on site. With the two supplied guns, both the Corona and the Tribo process can be applied. Ideally suitable for two-layer coating applications.
