Rotary axes are used to rotate the gun around its longitudinal axis.
Z-axes are used for moving individual guns in a straight line. Generally, one Z-axis is used per gun. In addition, Z-axes are used as positioning axes for gun groups or other axes.
The SprayPackE, an automatic control unit, is the ideal entry into automatic series production thanks to its modular design & user-friendliness. With the SprayPackE, automatic guns and motion systems in a connected powder booth can be controlled quickly and easily automatically. As an entry-level device among the WAGNER control units, it is particularly suitable for users who switch from manual application to automatic coating.
The SuperCenter is a truly high tech powder supply unit for up to 22 guns. The integrated weighing technology not only the keeps the powder level constant, but measures the powder consumption at every paint change.
The SuperCube allows a quick paint change without entering the booth. The PVC sandwich booth design offers an even flow distribution for the highest application efficiency during coating.
The booth is a version of the SuperCube. Manual coaters can be arranged at the front or on the sides. The number of gun slots is individual. Vertical and horizontal gun arrangement is possible.
High-speed rotation atomiser for reciprocators & linear axes
While the RobotBell can be mounted on a robot arm, the TOPFINISH Bell 1S has been specially designed for use with reciprocators and linear axes. It is ideal for electrostatic applications with water and solvent-based paints and can be applied for automated liquid coating in a wide range of industries where high-quality surfaces are required.

The WAGNER Tribo lance TL in combination with the Sprint X manual unit enables an efficient coating of large parts as well as high film thicknesses to guarantee strong corrosion protection for individual requirements. The ultrasound sieve unit was especially developed for use with the SuperCenter and ensures a high sieve performance. It is integrated in the cleaning process. The cool sieve technology provides process safety thanks to the reduction of the sieve heating risk.
The motion technology is flexibly applicable. Whether long or short strokes, with this technology any motion sequence can be executed with precision. The horizontal sliding table allows for complex motions and thus ensures the coating of complex parts.
