Metallic nozzles C4 F5 & X1 F5
For the use of effect & metallic powder coatings
The new F5 metallic nozzles for manual and automatic guns enable a significant quality increase in the use of difficult effect & metallic powder coatings.
The new nozzles were specially developed for the WAGNER PEM-X1 manual gun and the PEA-C4 automatic gun. Their special internal geometry prevents powder deposits on the inside of the nozzle when using highly pigmented metallic paints in a wide variety of areas, such as metal furniture, household appliances, motorcycles or in the automotive industry.
Monocyclone
Powder recovery system
The monocyclone is used with automatic booths in paint change systems. It separates the powder/air mixture sucked out of the booth. The exhaust passes to the final filters via a pipe. The sieved powder is returned to the guns.

Multicyclone units are used as a powder recovery system in WAGNER IC stainless steel booths. They are characterized by their compact design and high separation efficiency.

Powder kit Sprint X CT 3L
In a few steps, the kit is converted into a mobile coating system that can be set up anywhere – so you’re ready to use your powder material quickly and easily on site. With the two supplied guns, both the Corona and the Tribo process can be applied. Ideally suitable for two-layer coating applications.

Manual slide unit for horizontally positioning the reciprocators and setting the distance of the gun to the workpiece.
Rotary axes
Rotary axes are used to rotate the gun around its longitudinal axis.
Z-axes are used for moving individual guns in a straight line. Generally, one Z-axis is used per gun. In addition, Z-axes are used as positioning axes for gun groups or other axes.
SprayPackE
Automatic control unit
The SprayPackE, an automatic control unit, is the ideal entry into automatic series production thanks to its modular design & user-friendliness. With the SprayPackE, automatic guns and motion systems in a connected powder booth can be controlled quickly and easily automatically. As an entry-level device among the WAGNER control units, it is particularly suitable for users who switch from manual application to automatic coating.
SuperCube plastic booths
The SuperCube allows a quick paint change without entering the booth. The PVC sandwich booth design offers an even flow distribution for the highest application efficiency during coating.
SuperTech plastic booths
The booth is a version of the SuperCube. Manual coaters can be arranged at the front or on the sides. The number of gun slots is individual. Vertical and horizontal gun arrangement is possible.
